Woman with PMS looks thoughtful

Premenstrual Syndrome

Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) is defined by recurrent, cycle-dependent symptoms ranging from tender breasts, water retention, cravings, mood swings (depression, irritability), to difficulty concentrating. Some women feel like they are losing control over their bodies and emotions.

For women affected by PMS, the days leading up to their period can become unbearable. It is important that you pay close attention to your symptoms and write down your observations. Based on your notes, we can find out how to best support you in getting better.
We have a lot of experience with natural treatment approaches to help with PMS, but in severe cases, the use of medication may be indicated. We are happy to support you in finding the right approach to improve your quality of life.
